Aquisition of Seetech Computing Limited

Seetech Computing was aquired by Keylogic Limited in November 2010 via asset purchase.

Keylogic Limited is a technically driven, Microsoft centric, I.T. infrastructure services provider with an established track record. Sharing many of the strengths of Seetech Computing and with a similar approach to technical delivery the move is intended to extend the services, technologies and tangible benefits available to existing Seetech Computing customers.

The aquisition also extends a local geographic presence and strong regional presence to Keylogic's service portfolio, both enhancing their reach and demonstrating a clear commitment to the South West region.
